Are the lamps safe to use?
Yes. Our lamps use energy-efficient LED technology that remains cool during use and is safe for everyday environments.
Do the lamps require batteries?
Most of our lamps are powered via USB or include a rechargeable battery, depending on the model. Please refer to the product page for specific details.
Will the lamp get hot during use?
No. LED lights produce minimal heat, making them safe for extended use.
Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply select your product, click “Add to Cart,” and follow the checkout process to complete your purchase.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed for shipping.
I didn’t receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
