Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase or your order number

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Process

• Your name
• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Photos if the item is damaged or defective

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue. We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (once the return is approved) and place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
